If you want to move your BlogSpot blog to self-hosted WordPress blog, then you have come to the right place, because this tutorial will help you to properly move your BlogSpot data to self-hosted WordPress blog. Step1. Sign-in to WordPress

Once you Signed-in to WordPress blog. Just do few setting before import the data. Go to Settings and click on Permalinks. Here you have to select the Post name option and Save changes

Step2. Select Imports under Tools

Here you can import data to WordPress site from sites like Blogger, Blogrolls, LiveJournal, RSS, Tumblr or even from the WordPress site as well. Just go to Tools option and select Imports. In imports you will find the Blogger option, just select it.

Step 3. Install a Blogger Importer Plugin

Once you select the Blogger option it will recommend you to install a Blogger Importer Plugin, just Install it and Activate, now click on Authorize button.

Step4.  Grant Access

Now it will direct you to Google Grant Access point, where you can click on the Grant Access button for authorization.

Step 5. Import the data

Here just simply click on the import button and now it will import all your data, which include pages, images, comments, etc.
